What is design? I think that design is the initial idea that you can have when planning to make a picture or structure. Design can be seen almost everywhere you look. It can be seen from the cover and packaging of an object to the structural design for buildings, electronics, and every day to day objects around the world. I see design as an important part of helping advertise, build, show, even convey a message of some sorts. I find it a fun way to help plan out a picture that I want to make. Which allows me to have a better idea of what I want to make. I would also use design to make an image around how I see a certain word, topic, or theme which I find fun and a good exercise to help test my creativity. Even when designing something your plan can change or you can end up with different versions of the same thing which I see as a part of the thought process. In conclusion, I define design as a way to help plan out something that you are trying to create.
